  • FAQ

    How do deliveries work?
The deliveries are prepared  once the orders are received. The estimated delivery time by the driver is before 4:00 PM, although the delivery time may vary due to  reasons that are beyond our control. (Weather, traffic, road accidents, etc.).

    How is the food packaged?
The products are refrigerated and are packaged  in 9 x 13 aluminium pans, are double wrapped in aluminium foil, and are labeled in English and Spanish.

What do I have to do to receive my order?
To ensure that your order is received, you must inform the hotel that you are expecting a package from Rimon Kosher Market. The hotel should then provide you with an entrance pass, so that the driver can have access to the Hotel.

    How will I be contacted?
Please provide us with a phone number with Watsapp so that the driver can reach you if needed.

What happens if I don’t respond to my phone?
The driver has a route, and you will be notified before he arrives at your hotel. If the driver has to wait for more than 15 minutes, he must continue on with his route, and yours will be delivered at the end. You will also be charged with a fee of $25 which you will have to give the driver in cash once your food is delivered.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You should receive an email confirming your order, as well as a charge to your card.

Where can I store and heat my food at the hotel?
We work regularly with all the hotels in Punta Cana, and they are well aware of kosher requirements. The hotel staff will be happy to assist you by receiving your food, storing it in the hotel's refrigerator, and  heating your meals upon request.

We recommend coordinating with the hotel in advance to ensure the service is available and convenient for you.

How can I determine the amount of food I need to order for my family?

Each food tray contains enough food to generously serve 5 people. Please calculate the number of people in your family and order the required number of packages accordingly.

If you need additional individual portions, please check the end of the menu for extra portions, which are available in packs of 2.

What is the difference between the package options?

There is no difference; it is the same package. This setup simply allows you the flexibility to vary your meal choices throughout your stay.
