In local supermarkets such as La Sirena, Super Mercado Nacional Bravo, and Unidos, you can find a variety of Kosher products imported from the United States.
Products available in local supermarkets include:
- Canned goods
- Pasta
- Sauces
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- A variety of snacks
- Caned Tuna
- All types of legumes
Dairy products (not Chalav Israel or Pat Israel), Including:
milk, specifically the brand Dos Pinos (imported from Costa Rica, Chalav Stam)
Philadelphia cream cheese and other dairy products (Chalav Stam)
All these products are imported mainly from the United States and must bear a kosher certification symbol (OU or OK) to be considered Kosher.
